Patrick VUILLERMOZ is Eng. PhD from the Ecole Centrale Paris (Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering) and received a MBA from University of Concordia (Canada). He held different positions in the aerospace industry (Safran, CNES – French Space Agency, EADS-Astrium) and conducted several international cooperations

Olivier GILLE

Administrative & Operational management Director

Olivier GILLE is graduated from Paris Political Sciences Institute and from EAD Business School. After 20 years spent as Manager of the economical development of three Departemental administrations (Moselle, Loiret, Cher), he has been manager of ELASTOPOLE, the French Rubber competitiveness cluster, during eleven years before its merging with Plastipolis to become Polymeris.

Jean-Jacques LEGAT

Projects and Innovation Director

Mechanical Engineer, Jean-Jacques LEGAT has a strong background in R&D guided by innovation in different fields of activities : aeronautics, sport and leasure, automotive and health . He performed different positions as R&D , Sales, and Business Unit Director , before to join Plastipolis in 2017.

Régine ACHILLE

Administration & Accounting Manager

With a DECS in Accounting and a Master's in Business Administration, Régine began her career as an accountant and then as a consolidator at the headquarters of major groups in Paris (Pechiney Emballage and the ACCOR group) for several years. Then, she moved to a position of management control/marketing at a German automotive supplier (Freudenberg) before joining Elastopôle in 2009.

Laurence MERCIER

Administration and Member Relations Manager

After several years of experience in two Industrial Groups within the Plastics Vallée, Laurence joined Plastipolis in September 2018. She acts as an interface between you, partners – members and new members, the Management and the Plastipolis Project Managers. She coordinates the Communication’s actions and is also your preferred contact for Administrative and Accounting Management.

Laurane MESSIN

Assistant communication

Graduated from a Master in Communication and Event Management, Laurane joined Plastipolis in December 2020, where she starts her career. She provides support and a new perspective on the internal and external communication put in place.

Sophie DUEZ

Manager - Network and European & International Finance Control

A graduate of the IEP of Lille with a master’s degree in international relations, Sophie has worked in the industrial (nuclear), institutional and associative environment, in France and abroad. She joined Plastipolis in 2020 and is in charge of European projects reporting and managing internal processes.

Cécile BEDOUET

Pays de la Loire Innovation manager

Engineer in Material Sciences, Cécile has a strong experience in the Industry of rubbers and thermoplastics, especially at Mann+Hummel automotive tier 1 and Hutchinson. She has managed several international Innovation projects in and has integrated Plastipolis in October 2019 as local contact in West of France.

Amélie BRU-CHAMBET

Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Innovation manager

Amélie Bru-Chambet is a chemical engineer specialized in polymer materials and graduated from ENSCCF (Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Clermont-Ferrand). She continued her training with a PhD in Chemistry of Materials as part of a thesis for the Hutchinson company. She chose to continue managing R&D projects by participating in two collaborative research of biobased polymer materials. In 2018, she joined the cluster team as Innovation Mission Manager in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.

Sylvie CHARREL

Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Innovation manager

With a background dedicated to packaging, Sylvie works since several years for helping plastics companies. She was project manager in JCE Plasturgie cluster during 8 years before joining Plastipolis in January 2018, dedicated to the fusion between Plastipolis and JCEP. She integrates a double competence in packaging and management of project.

Margaux FRISCIA

Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Innovation manager

Material Engineer from INSA de Lyon, Margaux started her career in consulting in innovation financing, where she worked alongside dozen of companies in their innovation journeys. She completes then her technical background with a Master’s degree in Technologies and Innovation Management at Grenoble Ecole de Management. She joins Plastipolis team in september 2019.

David GERARD

Plastics Recycling Project Manager

David is a chemical engineer graduated from CPE Lyon. He completed his training with a PhD in materials chemistry with the IMP laboratory of INSA Lyon, and Roquette Frères, where his research work focused on the development of a new chemical pathway towards safer polyurethane materials, both for the environment and the operators. He joined Polymeris in 2021 in a shared project with the cluster Axelera on the issue of plastic recycling.

Manon GUYADER

Pays de la Loire Innovation manager

Manon is a Material Science engineer graduated from Polytech Grenoble. She studied one year at Nantes polymers and composite materials. She applied her expertise in the automotive industry, atmospheric chemistry and health field. Based in Nantes, she joins the team in 2020.

Ayman KOJA

International Cooperation Manager

A graduate from IAE Caen with Master’s Degree in Supply Chain and Quality Management, Ayman has begun his career as a quality inspector in the aeronautical field. Then he joined a shipyard in Saudi Arabia as a Production Quality Manager for more than 3 years. He integrated Polymeris in September 2021 and will be based in Saudi Arabia as part of the partnership with Aramco.

Laure MARCHAND

International & Interclustering Project Manager

Gratuated with a Public Law degree from Lyon III University and a degree in European Law from the Katholieke Universiteit van Leuven, Laure worked abroad for 15 years mainly as Business Developer. First in China, where she joined Dezan Shira & Associates. Then in Spain, where she joined Business France and, for 11 years, contributed to French Companies’export projects. She joined Polymeris in September 2021 to develop the pole’s international and interclustering activities.

Centre-Val de Loire Innovation manager

PhD in materials chemistry of the University of Lille in 2019 on characterization and development of new oxide-type materials, Martin continued his research work at the Ecole Centrale Lille before to join the cluster in 2020 as Innovation Manager for the Centre-Val de Loire location.

Aurélie REPETO

Ile-de-France Innovation manager

Aurélie is a graduate engineer in Materials & Nanotechnologies from Denis Diderot School of Engineering (Université de Paris). She worked for a year at PRIMA Quebec (advanced materials research and innovation hub) in Montreal, Canada, where she acquired an international professional experience. She joined Elastopole in 2017 as a Project Manager for the Ile-de-France Region.

Annabelle SION

European Projects & Partnerships Manager

Industrial Engineer from ICAM Lille, Annabelle first work as a supply chain project manager for big retail companies, before joining a private consultancy on European projects setting-up and management, and joined their team in Bulgaria. Back in France, Annabelle joined i-Trans (Northern France) competitiveness cluster and was in charge of EU and International projects. She joined Plastipolis on October 2019 to develop EU projects and international development.

Maxime VERMEULEN

Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Innovation manager

After a master degree in marketing and international trade, Maxime worked abroad (Poland, Scotland) in different sectors such as energy and IT. Then, he supported companies in their business development in Normandy and Burgundy for about 10 years.  In Normandy, Maxime was in charge of the automotive sector afterwards he worked in sustainable activities in Burgundy. Following a short experience as director of Wind for Future cluster, he joined Plastipolis in April 2018.

Uyxing VONGSAYSY

Nouvelle-Aquitaine Innovation Manager

Uyxing graduated with a Master’s degree in Science from the Engineering School ENSCBP (Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie Biologie et Physique). She pursued with a PhD in a French/Canadian program and obtained a PhD degree in Physics and Chemistry. From 2015 to 2021, she is project leader in a company where she conducts R&D projects in the field of renewable energy. She joined Polymeris in 2021 as a project Manager in Nouvelle-Aquitaine.
