CIRCVET - Practical training materials on the circular economy for the plastics manufacturing industries
On June 12th and 13th, the CIRCVET project held its final partner meeting to conduct an initial review of the activities launched within the European project. Discover these developments!
The CIRCVET project aimed to develop the most comprehensive, free, and tailor-made training (based on the needs and challenges of companies) on the circular economy for plastics at the European level. The challenge was met in 3 years with:
- Developing training tailored to business needs, covering the entire value chain in six European Union languages
- Adapting this content so it can be taught to university students
- Completely producing nine accredited MOOCs/NOOCs
- Developing a dedicated learning platform
- Creating strong links between universities, vocational training centers, and businesses
- Managing and validating the program with 80 companies and over 200 students in the sector!
The final stretch of the project: finding a way to extend the life of the developed content.
The project will end on August 31, 2025.
In the meantime, the platform and the content developed remain free and fully available to ecosystem stakeholders: take advantage!
